Angelic Pretty on Film

Since there are big things in the works for LC very soon, I thought I'd tide you lovely readers over with a snippet of cuteness. At this year's Sakura Matsuri, Dalin of La Vida Frills wanted to shoot an Angelic Pretty commercial as part of her final project at film school. With the help of other AP-crazed fans, like Crystal of Pretty Wonderland, adorable Yanise, and sweet Aria, we were able to put together a very cute 30-second spot.



In New York City and the East Coast in general, it sometimes seem like classic and gothic lolita take center stage (especially the oppulent styles of Atelier Pierrot and Victorian Maiden), but with the help of Tokyo Rebel (who routinely provide my sugar-n-rhinestones fix) and the growing hordes of pink princesses, sweet lolita and Angelic Pretty are stepping up on the East Coast. With any luck more girls will discover their love of sweet lolita and lolita fashion as a whole ♥
